Don organized Garnet Design Group in response to a keen personal interest in e-Business, and a recognized need to make more competent technical resources available to small and non-profit organizations. He has worked in the Information Technology industry for almost as long as it has existed. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, and has done post-graduate work at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Don has held senior sales and marketing positions with some of the most innovative and successful IT vendors and consultants, including NCR, Data General, Digital Equipment and Gartner Group. While compiling a successful track record managing key corporate accounts for these firms, Don learned the meaning and value of client satisfaction – and the activities needed to earn and retain that trust.

Dennis contributes his extensive knowledge and practical experience with Macintosh and Intel-based PC's, UNIX and PC servers, network hardware and software, user training and enterprise systems management. Dennis has held technical and supervisory positions with several Philadelphia-based small businesses, and understands the day-to-day challenges of deploying technology which can sometimes be intimidating to the novice user. His familiarity with the wide diversity of user perspectives is invaluable in helping our small business clients understand and deal effectively with their entry into the worldwide web.
